REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Course cancellation policy:

1. You may cancel a course booking at any time.
2. Course fee will be fully refund if you inform us via email (go.polishlanguage@gmail.com) that you wish to withdraw from the class at least a week before the start of the course.
3. Cancellations made less than a week before the start of the course will be charged 50% of the fee.
4. Resigning from the course after its start is non-refundable.
5. All circumstances as long illness or fortuitous events will be considered on an individual basis.

One-to-one and Skype lesson cancellation:

Canceling or rescheduling one-to-one, Skype or catch-up lessons is free of charge if you give us a notice at least 24h before the planned lesson. If you cancel a session without required notice, you will be charge the full amount.
